Tara Sievers-Hunt is a presence and communication coach, speaker, and applied narrativist who helps professionals align what they mean to communicate with what audiences actually experience. Drawing on her background as a professional performer, creative leader, and former college professor, Tara brings a rare blend of expertise in voice and communication, embodied stage presence, and meaning-centered storytelling to the stage.

Her PhD research focused on learning psychology, narrative inquiry, and professional identity development. Her work includes personalized coaching with hundreds of leaders, speakers, and creatives across career stages, and an even broader impact through various live-learning environments.

Known for her highly interactive, conversation-based masterclasses, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions, Tara moves participants beyond product and polish into intentional lived practice—helping speakers build confidence they’ve earned, not performed. Her work centers on real-time presence: translating intention into action, reading a room, adapting in the moment, and staying grounded and connected when the stakes are high.

With a gift for hearing structure beneath expression, Tara helps people identify what truly needs to shift—internally, externally, and relationally—so they leave with a strengthened capacity to trust themselves, communicate with clarity and credibility, and speak with coherence when it matters most.
